hey, I downloaded something the other day that was 1 long flac file w/ a cue sheet... anyone know how to cut this into an individual flac for each track? thanks in advance!
open flac in cd wave. then load the cue sheet in cdwave, save to flac output, DONE
thanks, I'll try that! I think this is a cue sheet from eac, so I might need to reformat it a little bit, but I think what you're saying should work. +T
should be able to just drag the cue into cdwav and the flac will load all split...
or you could load the cue in foobar and listen to it - it will be all tracked out...

I always wondered if there was an easy way to do that...thanks for the tip!
thanks for the solutions guys - I'll be trying this soon... I gotta question though - what is the advantage to seeding this way?
you dont have to mess with splitting the files, nor with possible sbe's, etc...
just sorta skipping steps.
in the past, i used to just save this way. i tried seeding on DIME this way and the torrent got banned. i should check to see if TTD would allow me to do it that way. i usually only cut them up when i want to torrent.
also, you can go into CDWave and load a cue sheet, then it should just ask you if you want to load the associated file, and you click yes.
