Title: zoom h4 access light beep
Post by: saltybrian on December 18, 2006, 05:44:07 AM
hi there
just dropped in on your forum to chck out what you had to say about the h4. i m considering it for use as a songwriting sketchpad / multitracker / recording gigs but have been concerned by reports elsewhere of a tone generated by the access light when recording 16/44.1   any thoughts / experiences?
thanks.

If you are not going to be on the move with the H4, you can provide a battery external supply, whoch would solve the beep problem.

Could someone explain just what the "beep problem" is?

There's some discussion in these threads:

I can't hear it in any of my recordings, but maybe someone with better playback equipment/ears can:
