Last night I had problems with transfers off my JB3. I finally got it done but have 7 files left.
to day I tried to pull them off and I get an ERROR message says( Ox8F) driver error,it may be currupt.
my jb is reacting with my pc but no transfer??
any help appreciated. Im not at all super computer savy with this new software.

Make sure there's enough room on the PC's hard drive. You need at least twice the size of the file you are transferring.

more then enough room for 5 shows..

got it to work after a reboot, pulled one file and having same problem again.anyone else expierience this problem?

Is your hard drive partitioned so that your applications run on C: and you are storing to some other drive? If so, then I would again question if you have enough drive space on C: to make the transfer? You need enough room on that drive to hold the file that's being transferred, even if you are goin to another drive. I had the same problem with Creative's software when I filled the C: drive too full.

ive got tons of space, its showing no connectivity now, tried re-booting and still no-good.

I'm sorry if I missed your answer to this, but are the files playable on the JB3 itself?
Is there another computer you could try connecting to and seeing if they'll transfer on that?
Just some thoughts.
