Just curious what kind of pouches or cases people are using to carry their HEB's, or 4060/61's...
Thanks

Those AOL CD tins that they used to give their products away for free. I used those for a while in a ziploc with some dessicant. Now I use these hard candy tins, maybe you can find some of those.

I just use a small plastic ziplock. A lot of times I’ll wire myself up before heading out to the venue so in those cases my mics travel on my body.
I now feel significantly humbled that I do not own a Plankton carrying tin and I realize I won’t be really cool till I get one {or a another suitable animated character that pleasingly describes something about my personality}.

Yeah, I also wire myself before the show, so I dont have a fancy case like Moke's....you show off! :P

I leave mine attched to the MMA6k pre which is gaffer taped to a piece of cork coverd board that sticks out past the front of the preamp to provide some protection to the microdots. There is a circular-ish spacer between the pre and coark board that creates a little recess to wrap the mic cables around. I put the whole preamp w/mics into a ziplock freezerbag with a dessicant pack. Sorry no pics handy, but it works great and I don't have to worry about messing too much with those microdot ends.
^^^
Those microdot ends are NOT covered under the 1 year warranty BTW. I sent one back for repair recently ($75) after some oaf yanked one and the wire came out of the connector while I was using the extention cables. I asked why not and was told "because they're too fragile and too many peopl break em" ::). So handle with care.

These tins are great for small iPod earphones too.

Moke - What is the function of the cylinder with the orange pencil erasers on each end??
;D

roach clips
those are the spreader bars, and "mic clips" (pencil erasers), for when I break out the j-disc. The erasers hold the mic cables safely without damage. The wood dowel (blacked) insert thru the disc face.

gotcha - very cool - looks like something that I should be using with my 4061s - thank you!
