Title: Help with mic body issue ...rattle at connector ..with pics!

the silver part of the mic body that the actives plug into is lose

it looks like it would screw back in but it won't catch... any ideas

the top piece also now rattles

I cant recall any silver on any of the km100s i've owned.

here ya go... hopefully that helps... basically when i plug in the actives... it rattles  :(

I did a living room test and the work... but wonder if its good for them to run if something is all messed up...

although my video camera makes a rattling noise and thats perfectly okay... anyone else have this problem or any ideas

planning on using them tomorrow

that is the old style w/the lemo end.
never had one of those before...so i'm not sure.

BUT..
there are likely some screws at the other end of the body that hold the case on.  remove them and slide the case off and then you'll have access to the innards and can probably just tighten it up from there.
