Spring for the nova.
i had a nova 4 for a few months, worked really well but now i am looking at something that can hold alot of stuff. my rig isn't large by any means but it would be a convienence to have room for a spare coat/hat/shades/toys. for the fest season it would be nice with all the room in the backpack portion and camera bag portion of the back/belt pack.

Ok cool. I looked at the orion and it didn't seem as weather proof. I have small nova that just handles my gear and for summer time I take another cheapo backpack for coats and junk. The smaller Nova can even squeeze in there for the hike up.
Keep us posted! If you have an REI nearby you can maybe check out their stock. Those stealth photog packs on the site look cool too!

I'm just scoping out what bags are available right now too. The Stealth Reporter AW bags are very nice, but have thinner foam (maybe too thin...?) than the Novas or magnums and cost more. Haven't found the perfect one yet ::)

found the bag. lowepro AW orion, forest green.
i'll post some more when it comes and i get my gear in it, these are the pictures off the auction.
$50 for a $100 bag, i like ebay
