What are exactly your doubts?

For make torrents with azureus , new torrent> put adress tracker> clik on folder option (if you like make torrent for entire folder) and voila

it is very easy once you do the first one.  which tracker do you want to seed it to?

Switch to utorrent.   Its ease of use and small memory footprint really bring out how bloated and inefficient Azureus really is.

The ability to create a torrent is extremely easy with utorrent as well.

etree i guess, or possibly traders den also.  would i have to create a torrent for each tracker?  can i seed a torrent however i want it or do i have to conform to set guild lines like LMA?  BTW, thats my next mountain to climb.  :-\

i just taped jerry joseph, and it sounds nice.  i need to get this rolling, way to much good music to not be sharing it with the masses.  8)

thanks again for the help.

the tradersden has different guidelines than etree:
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/faq.php

the etree guidelines are on their upload page:
http://bt.etree.org/upload.php

to actually create the torrent file with azureus:

(http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/1339/tracker1re1.th.jpg) (http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tracker1re1.jpg)

File > New Torrent

'Use an external tracker', in tracker address, enter the address on the etree upload page, or on ttd, when you create a new thread in the audio or video bittorrent section, it will give you the tracker address on that page.

leave the two check boxes unchecked

select Directory

in description, enter the description of the torrent

click Next

(http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/5940/tracker2qh9.th.jpg) (http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tracker2qh9.jpg)

select the folder that you want to torrent

click Next

(http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/7104/tracker3nq7.th.jpg) (http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tracker3nq7.jpg)

select where you want to save the .torrent file to.  I prefer the desktop, for easy access

leave piece size to auto, and uncheck everything else.

click Next

(http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/6061/tracker4ue9.th.jpg) (http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tracker4ue9.jpg)

the .torrent file should be created and waiting wherever you specified in the step before

enter all the info on the upload page of the tracker that you're using.  for ttd, you'll need to download the .torrent file from the site, then add it to azureus.  for etree, you can just start it without downloading the .torrent file again from the site.

to start seeding the files:

File > Open > Torrent File

Add Files tab, select the .torrent file

Location To Save Data, select the folder containing the files you want to torrent.

Click Ok and start the torrent.  you should be seeding the files.

Although I use Azureus as my BT client, I use BTEasy to torrent my files.  Once it is installed, you just right click on your folder, and one of the options is "torrent this directory with BTEasy."  Done.
