Title: Does this look ok

I have been trying hard to get to grips with sonicstage and think ive got it now.This is a screenshot of my recording that i transferred.As all this spectrum stuff means nothing to me,can someone give some opinions,such as if its ok to torrent etc.It saved it as atrac/oma files but then i  converted  to wav,so im not sure if its right or not.
