Can just 1 battery box power 2 pairs of mics?
I mean: 2 pairs of mics (1/8" terminated each) plugged to the b-box with a 2 female/1 male cable and the b-box plugged to 2 recorders with a 1 female/2 male cable.
Will that power enough both pairs of mics? I like to do 2 recordings at the same show but it's always stealth so I'm wondering if I can reduce to the minimum the gear.

You would be able to power two sets of mics the million dollar question is WHY?... You are going to have all kinds of problems combining 4 microphones like that. Also your going to be loading down the output of the mics.. and that will change the performance of the mics your using.. and not for the better...

I was just thinking about it and wanted to hear some opinions about cons and pros...but reading your answer seems not worth reduce the gear in 1 b-box and get problems all around the chain.
Thanks Chris! :)
