Did a complete bonehead move last night and accidentally had my R4 set to "4 Channel X 1" instead of "Stereo X 2".
I remember reading a few months ago there was some type of free software that could split a 4 channel wav into 4 mono files, but after a quick search I couldn't find a thing. Mac compatible would be nice but at this point I've got no problem firing up my old XP Laptop to get this taken care of.
Anybody have a link?

BWF Manager is the program you need. http://www.fostexdvd.net/fxdvd_route/docs/techsup/bwf_manager_1.htm
I have used the link to BWF Manager successfully several times.
