Title: Kind Kables Schoeps mini T- bar question
Post by: tbugsett on August 30, 2007, 01:59:49 PM
Does anyone have any experience with this Schoeps bar?:

If so please PM me. I have some questions related to the T-bar and a Kangol  ;)

Looks bizarre if you ask me.  I seriously doubt that would fit in the Kangol Ventair and be comfortable and unobtrusive.  Hell, I don't think it would fit, period.  The SGC clips look to be included and they're worth $20 each, but otherwise it just looks like a strangely narrow bar that might be useful if you like narrower spacing.

IMHO, elastic loops sewn into the hat are the way to go.

I believe I've seen Ed (owner of Kind Kables) use this in his hat. Seems to work for him. He uses a backwards trucker ball cap when he runs FOB (which is pretty much all the time, hence is nickname: Human Mic Stand).

I could be totally wrong, as I've never used that thing myself. Why not email him. He's a pretty honest guy.
