I like U-torrent, but I can't seem to find where ( if I can) create a new torrent file? Any suggestions on an easy reliable one to use?

File, Create New torrent.
But, I use Traders Little Helper to create torrents now. Find it a little easier than µTorrent although certainly no problems with µTorrent.
-
So that's to actually produce the torrent file and not upload it? Do I have to cancel any downloads in progress to start making the file?
The question is, when I selcted this option it said to pick the file, I chose the flac file and it wouldn't take it to creat the file. I am not trying to upload yet, just creat the file.

You want to seed a single FLAC file, not a directory with multiple files? I think you use the Add File button. And then Create torrent.
This will create the .torrent file that you would then upload to the tracker you chose when you created the .torrent file.
Here is the guide from the utorrent.com site.

No, I am referring to creating a torrent file for a complete show. So I have the whole thing complete to then upload to a tracker.

It's easy to do...
go to "File > Create a New torrent"
then click on "Add a directory"
then select the folder that you want to torrent.
(and make sure that the torrent tracker info is correct)
then hit save and put the torrent file wherever you want to save it.
now you've got your torrent file, and you can go to your chosen torrent site and upload that torrent file and fill out whatever other info is needed at the torrent site.

Just a tip: Once you've uploaded your .torrent file to the site, download it from the site to start the torrent in uTorrent. Good Luck!

I downloaded from the tracker per your instructions and it asked if I wanted to load the tracker from it....Yes was correct, right?
I see no activity

Yeah, yes was correct. It may take a while before anyone connects and starts downloading, especially if you are firewalled. Have you gone through the instructions fron utorrent to make sure you're not firewalled?
