Title: What's good enough quality for Line In?
Post by: PureWeen on September 21, 2007, 09:24:07 PM
I just need a device that I can plug right into a mixer for my dj sets...
I don't really care that much about how good the mic quality is....

Is getting something that's like 96 khz / 24 bit wav overkill?

I was going to try out the Edirol r9 device but since I'm using Line In exlusively the problems it has with it's line in makes me not really want it.....

Would something like the COWON D2 which does high quality WMA files be enough? or is it a good investment to go with something that does wav files .....

I spin about 70 percent vinyl

thanks in advance

Nomad Jukebox 3 sounds perfect for this. Can be had pretty cheap.
