Not totally sure...  but I would tend to think that the left channel (mono) is the card.  Not sure if that is on top or bottom though......  but I would think top!  Steve... check yer PM's!

I'm fairy sure it is top is left is back switches. Search for lsd2 posts from me and you'll find the original thread where I figured it all out.

I searched through a TON to no avail, including all four Team Studio Projects threads. I'll wing it tonight... just try the ol' finger-snap test. ;D

Some info from studioprojects.com:

"The switches on the front of the body correspond to the lower fixed capsule, while the switches 180° opposite on the back of the mic control the rotating upper capsule."

the top is right
the bottom if left

why?
because...the face of the mic, where the lable is...is pointing forward.  and the bottom capsule is fixed..meaning its definetely "MID"
the upper capsule, you can rotate so it can be side.

that is why the capsule rotates in the first place...so you dont have to worry about rotating the mic in its mount.  just point it straight.

all ms decoding software wants the side info to be the right channel.

yes, you can set it up any way you want ..but when you go to mix it the side info needs to be the right channel.
