Title: Audio-Technica ATM450?

Anyone have any experience? I was mulling eBay and found some for a really solid price, thinking of pulling the trigger shortly in the future.

Gearslutz had a lot of praise for them on overheads, I don't know what to make of this for what we do. I also listened to an acoustic guitar sample that sounded very nice, IMO, and this is a plus for me as whatever mics I own for taping get put to use in my makeshift home studio as well.
