Wondering if anyone knows of a free (or low cost, i.e. < $50) parametric EQ VST plugin, at least 6-band. I've found a handful in the 3-5 band range, none of which I find easy to work with, nor provide enough channels. Any recommendations?

Brian,
I know this is an old thread and you've probably found something you like but... I've been using the free standalone parametric EQ VST plug (ReaEQ V0.5) from cockos (reaper) and like it a lot. It is a snap to add more bands and it gives a graphical display of the resultant freq response of all the EQ points together. You can also grab each point and drag it around in the graph and hear the changes in real time. Actually all the free VST plugs from cockos are very nice IMHO.

Actually, I haven't found a free plugin I like, so thanks for the tip! :coolguy: Looks good, I'm looking forward to trying it out.
