What does the error mean at the bottom of the TLH window? I took the 24 bit files and split them using CD WAve. Saved the split files as 16/44.1 and when I try to run an SBE fix/check on the files (I added them all to TLH) below is what I get...are my settings on TLH for fixing SBEs incorrect? Is saving down to 16 bit in CDWave not correct? I've used TLH before and it work correctly, but I had to split in Audition, and convert to 16bit with DBPoweramp first.

Yes, you have an SBE only on the last track, so it won't fix it by the regular means. Either go back into CD Wave and add a split right at the end, or put this track into FLAC Frontend, decode it, then re-encode it with the "cut on sector boundaries" box checked.
Then again, since this is the last track anyhow, a lot of people don't care that there is an SBE :)

...OR...
You could just Uncheck "Skip First N Sector Aligned Files" ::)
