Title: Need Windscreen Measurements
Post by: F0CKER on October 10, 2007, 08:55:23 AM
Looking for a windscreen that will fit on the Soundfield ST350...suprisingly they don't offer one (and if they did it would probably be $300).  Obviously one of the LD variety.  I don't have exact measurements right now but would guess about 2-2.5 inches across and 5-6 inches top to bottom.  Anyone run a mic with those dimensions?  I'm thinking an AKG C1000 might work.

Just looking for someone with a windscreen around those dimensions to let me know what brand it is so I can do some investigating on my own...not looking to buy yours.

You would need to do a bit of hacking (just need to rig a new suspension). Pic shown for internal scale of the blimp...
