Dennis, to my knowledge the lemo version CCMx will not work in a Kwon bar, and rather the hardwired version will.  This is one of the main reasons I ordered the hardwired CCM41's last spring, and they fit perfectly in the Kwon.

Hope this helps.

It would be pretty easy to enlarge a bar to fit the lemo version.

does that mean that you know the lemo won't fit a "stock" kwon?

I make my own bars and have never used a kwon.  I briefly had a pair of borrowed CCM4VL's... I even measured them but just checked my notes and did not record the size.  They are likely either 11/32" or 23/64".

I did have a regular sized bar for V's that I put the lemo's in. It was snug but do-able.  But that might not work with the kwon because the amount of give depends on the design.

To enlarge it, I'd shove the drill bit in the hole and then rotate it until it enlarges. That should preserve the alignment. But again, I've never seen a kwon bar so I don't know if there would be a gotcha.
