Title: Sony_MZ-NH700 Convert

What do I use or how do I convert audio files from an MZ NH-700 HI-MD to WAV or mp3 that can be played other than on the NH-700?  The file extension is .HMA.

Since you know the file extension (HMA), I assume the files are already transferred from the minidisc machine to your PC.  To convert from ATRAC3 to MP3 or WAV, give this program a try

You might also consider using Sony's SonicStage software.  The latest versions work a lot better than the version that came with your minidisc machine.
