I'd like to upgrade to some phantom powered mic,
Avantone CK1's, I have been looking at this one, will it do the job.
DENECKE - PORTABLE STEREO 48 VOLT PHANTOM POWER SUPPLY WITH MINI PLUG OUTPUT

It sells at Soundprofessionals, are there any other brands.

That looks cool, but the R09 has a mini plug, I would
need an xlr to mini connector, right. Where do I find one of those?

And one of these: http://www.radioshack.com/sm-1-8-dual-mono-jack-to-1-8-stereo-plug--pi-2102691.html

Make sure that the XLR>Mini cables and the 2x inputs on the adapter are "mono".  The output male end of the adapter should be "stereo".

Here's another Hosa cable to connect a battery box like the ART or the Rolls PB224 to a recorder with mini jack input
