So attempting to use a KS10I in between my KCY 5 and Lemosax. The right channel responds to levels but something is obviously not right, either under power or something screwey. The left channel doesn't work at all.
Does anyone have any experience with one of these extension cables. Specs list the maximum length as 20 meters. The KS10I is the 10 meter version of the KS5I found here.

fozzy, the KS 10 I isn't a complicated piece; it's just a straight-through extension cable with Binder plugs on both ends.
I'm not sure exactly how the inputs to the Lemosax are set up, but you should be able to test the same setup without the extension cable, no? If that works, but then it doesn't work again when the cable is used, the cable needs repair. That should either be free or cheap, depending on your warranty situation.

FWIW, I use the 5 meter version between my KCY 5 and my Lemosax without any problems. Are all 5 pins present and even looking on your binder clips?
