Title: setting questions for my finished rig

hey all i am coming up on using my completed rig for the first time in a couple weeks and i just had some questions here is my rig

Sony MZ-R37>>sp-bmc-2>>sp-spsb1

should i run everything in through the mic input or line in or line out? im not sure about what would turn out the best and also what should i set my bass roll-off to for a loud show with plenty of bass? my options are 16/69/95/107/160/195/888Hz

Anything loud go Line In. Rolloff may not matter.
