I experienced good communication, good packing, quick shipment, and great service from Nick(followinbob). And great products. Nick is doing a great service to the TS community by offering these HQ custom-designed and produced mic clips, better-than-original shock mount replacement base and delrin(low resonance) risers to achieve various mic placement configurations.
