New MME driver 2.20

Haven't yet installed it but it supposedly fixes crash problems in Wavelab on XP when the USB is removed.  Also is now fully compliant with Windows, so you won't have to update your device managers.  http://www.apogeedigital.com/downloads/drivers/apogee_usb_win_v2_20.zip
