what am I doing wrong

my wallmart lion (5400)batts run my rig for 4-5 hrs per charge.  id bet Nick is right, look into the lion versions, way better life.  and nmhd batts DO have memory, so if you charge them when they are not dead, or near dead, the life starts to suck...
