Shure SM58 mic for voiceover--can i go XLR>miniplug?

I am using a shure sm58 mic for voiceover and i can hook it up to my computer.  the mic is XLR output and my computer is 3.5mm input.

does there exist a cable for XLR> mini plug (3.5mm)?

or od i have to use XLR>RCA> mini plug?

oh please help with some advise

Radio Shack may have it.  Otherwise it is time to get out the soldering gun.  Have you considered Googling this??

so i will use my sonosax as my pre amp and go between from the mic to computer.

I really dont want to hear my voice but thats for another day

If you have a sonosax, DEFINITELY use it in this situation!
Then run from sax > computer
You'll still be using your noisy computer input, but it should be usable.
I'm sure a 58 will sound great running through the sax.
