JB3 file editing on vista

What program can I use to tranfer and edit JB3 files on a vista computer.  My xp computer isn't working at the moment.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked into notmad, but it doesn't say it is compatiable with Vista only xp.  Have you used it with Vista?  Thanks

I'm using Notmad on two separate Vista-computers. And it works flawlessly. better than it did on my old XP-computer.
