I ended up doing something real similar to two socks. It did help with the wind, but also cut back on the high end a bit.

If you were doing 4 channel, you could just cut some slits in his back, pull out the stuffing and then insert the mics thru his back into the arm and leg holes. But then I suppose you'd have to mount him upright on top of your stand. Talk about wrong!

Just to show I'm not quite that weird  , I haven't actually considered using the teddy bear's scalp for a windjammer. Not seriously anyway. It's not furry enough.
