Wavelab 6 dither/resample problem

My Wavelab 6 wont dither or resample. I hit render and it acts like it's doing both but the file is not actually dithered or resmapled. Any advice?

What are you using to dither/resample?  More importantly what are your
output options set to?  I'm guessing they are not set to the desired format.
