Tinybox and Chris Church bbox question (left/right channel

So I own both boxes and I'd really like to know:

Does it matter which input each mike is plugged into?  They're not labeled and I use a break out cable with the TB.  Just wondering if it matters with these two boxes.

The tinybox adaptor cable should have red heatshrink for the right channel, but no, it otherwise doesn't matter, the audio path is the same.
