D50 question opti out during recording?

Does the D50 pass an optical out while recording? Wondering if I can monitor using an Ibasso D12 while recording.

Yes, I use to run mine with a H120 on the opti out as a backup!

The headphone amplifier on the D50 is really powerful.  You may not need the iBasso depending on what headphones you are using to monitor.

You're right the D50 headphone is decent. I'm picking up the IBasso primarily to monitor from my laptop while using SF10. It's a bonus that I could take it in the field.
