Burn a Utorrent video to DVD??

I haven't downloaded a video for a while and I haven't ever done it with Utorrent.  I downloaded this show  http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=151324.0 

After completing the download what steps do I need to take to burn it to DVD??  I can only find the Utorrent file and I can't seem to locate anything My burning software will recognize as a burnable video file.  Thanks for the help.

is it a folder with a VideoTS folder and an AudioTS folder? If not, what do you see?

Which platform? Windows? Mac? Linux?

Never mind the folder was downloaded in the wrong place and I found it.   ;D
