Wavelab dithering..how?

I can't seem to get the dither process down in wavelab.
could someone explain a quick how to for me.

on v4: go to dithering area in bottom of master section, using the pulldown insert UV22HR, choose normal and 16. Hit render and the resulting file should be 16 bit.
