DPA / B&K 4021 serial numbers

Can anyone please tell me: (a) what is the typical number of digits in serial numbers for B&K or DPA 4021's (is there any difference?); and, (b) where is the serial number printed on the mic capsule?

keep reading all the way around the cap. the serial is on the other side of "4021"

OK thanks, thought as much. How many digits are these serial numbers usually? I have been quoted numbers on 4021 mics with 5 or 7 digits - I didn't think that many 4021's were made?
