Quick BT question...

I am using the BT Client called CVS 3.2.1b (experimental) - as recommended by bt.etree -

I was wonderin - what are the optimal settings for the upload rate and max # uploads down on the bottom of the client?  Do they matter even?

Well, I do a bit of bof... right now I am leeching... and I run a somewhat slow cable modem...

And I am from America.... thus, there's no need to know the capital of other countries...  :lol:
