Hi All
i'm newbie in taping (and in english sorry  :( )
actually i tape with a md and a mic sony ecm-717:these material is very stealth.i have never problem with security ( at this day ....)
i want have records with more quality.in reading the forum,i think buy a jb3 (seems to be a very good recorder).but i'm afraid with the security.
can you help me ? how do you make to record a show (always stealth !) and pass the security guard ?

Bonjour!

Almost all of my taping is stealth. If they search me and find it, I just tell them its a personal stereo. Most of the time I don't get searched though.

Although the ECM717 is a decent mic, you'd get better results upgrading the mics before you upgrade the player, in my opinion.
