you can buy individual cells and bars and build your own or buy pre-built.   i used to shop at this place all the time when i raced rc cars....

don't think their prices can compete.  the race cells are much better but mainly at high draw.  for our purposes i think the ebay packs will suffice at 1/3 the price.  wouldn't race with them but would be good practice batts for screwing around.
