I been eyeing one for a long time, the knewood music keg version.
Glad to hear someone else is running one now, relieves some anxiety.
Might have to get around to buying one eventually :P

yeah, so far im very impressed with how nice everything works. i need to brush up on the menu navigation mentods, cause right now, im just scrolling thru a list of the cd or playlist titles ive loaded. but u can browse by genre also. but i dont have cd-text on my stereo, so i can only browse by the voice prompts. and it doesnt know how to pronouce "Phish" very well hehehe :)

whats nice is, apparently, even tho they sell different versions for different cars,  you can use any phatnoise box in any car with a simple firmware upgrade, and adapter cable for your particular car. like ebay only seems to have a bunch of VW phatnoise boxes, and for cheap. so u can just upgrade the firmware and get the cable you need for another car and be fine.

the only thing is, i THINK the phatnoise box only works with factory stereos.
