Does anyone know where I can get one in .pdf format ?
I will gladly trade it for a Sony TCD-D3, 7/8, 100 service manual.

I have a hard copy of the service manual, and just to let you know, it doesn't contain any real service information other than the parts breakdown and of course the schematics to the pcb's. It's really just an extended user manual.
