for reference, I was going to try the same plugin that wayne used--  SoundSoap.  One of the better noise reduction plugins available.

ah, sorry. I got busy working on 3 days worth of 6 track masters that I have to put onto CD. I'm getting about one set per day done. But, I'll post your file tomorrow.
