Hey guys. I'm an operatic baritone who just bought a used iriverh120 off of Craigslist.  I plan on using it primarily to record my voice lessons, but would like to use it on occasion to make a demo.  My question is, I've got my sony 907 mic from my old minidisc days and I used it record just the other day.  I noticed the level was a little low, so I'm thinking I would probably ideal use a preamp if I want to get better results.  I actually own a bluetube preamp and an MXL condenser mic as well.  If I want to make a demo, I' ve got a couple questions:  with the condenser mic, I believe I need to be standing fairly close to it.  This could cause problems for balance with the piano, i.e. it would pick up my voice singing into it, but it wouldn't pick up the piano.  Which is unfortunate, because I believe it would give me a better vocal quality than my 901.  Could I plug my 907 into it and then move it back to get a more balanced sound?  Is my preamp one that will work ok with the h120's capabilities?  Is there another mic I could get for cheap($100) that you would recommend instead of my current setup?  Thanks guys.
