I run sp c4's, sp shock mounts, and a shure vert bar on my mod'd 3373. It does great in stable areas. I tried in grass once, it stayed up, but was a bit wobbly.

I use to have an avenger, which was very similar to the 3373.  The sway made me uncomfortable.  IMO. YMMV

The trick to grass is to lay the legs completely flat against the ground and stake it down w/ 3 tent stakes.  I've done that several times w/ my 3373.  If you get a little sway, it's no big deal w/ it staked down.  I've also had 2 sets of 480s w/ mounts on mine before w/ no major issues.

Definitely...ran it many times with 480s and vert bar, although when you fly it as high as it will go it is not too sturdy (the heavy vert bar will cause the top of the stand made with the thinnest metal to sway if it is bumped). Good luck.

if using the 3373 on a grassy surface that is sloped, I've had great luck positioning the stand so that 2 legs are facing downhill and one leg is facing uphill.  I then jam the uphill leg a few inches into the ground to both level the stand and give it a LOT of stability/support.

I only run my 3373. I don't want to carry my large stand anymore.

I've run the S.P. LSD2 on a 3373.
Swayed more than a fishing pole hit by a big bass 

As long as no one is brushing against it or high winds, I'd imagine you'd be OK if you watch it closely.
How much does the vert bar and 460s weigh ?

Shipping weight on the LSD2 is 8 lbs. including case and cable.
I think it safe to say the mic is at least 4 lbs.
My scale isn't accurate at it's weight.
If I hold a 5 lb. bag of sugar in my right hand and the LSD2 in my left, I tilt right.
