Where to find Pioneer Elite DV-45a?

I recall someone saying that these could be found for ~$250.  I looked and can't find them for less than about $350.

As in linestage op-amp upgrades ?
yup, but not the DVD player, an integrated amp. 
Warmed the amp up nicely   

I'd like to find the Pioneer for $3 bills.
I love the sound of the Harman Kardon, but it won't SACD !
I'm being hijacked.
First I have to go to Clearchannel venues to see bands that I like, and then I have to buy SACDs.
