DVD Buner Questions (16x write speed vs. 8x write speed)

mines usually 25-30 minutes with burn/verify.  I usually don't pay too much attention, maybe I'll have to next time I burn something.

no reason at all to verify with nero.  run the md5s and or test the ffp's.  takes way less time and it does all you need it to do.  glad you got it worked out.  99% of the time these type of things are firmware.  I just got a new laptop.  the burner was suppsoed to be 8x dvd and 24x cds.  well cds would only burn at 8x even though it said 24x.  dvds all I made were coasters.  new firmware and it works like a champ.

thats suite too gordon damn firmware, i looked on iomega site and even got on their 1-on-1 chat live support to get firmware but those dumbasses were no help, i didnt think to look on lite-ons site since my iomega is just a rebranded lite-on

so i came to ts.com, and within one day and 3 coasters, i got the problem solved hells yeah TSDOTCOM

Those are not coasters.  You can cut them up and glue them to a ball.  Now you have your own disco ball.
