Resampling in Audacity?
«

When I try to resample in Audacity, I get a bunch of digital artifacts, pops/clicks and stuff. Is this normal? I've never really had to resample anything before so I'm really not sure how it all works.
Thanks.

I had the same issue on a program once..turns out it wasnt the program, but rather a latency issue. The sound wasnt present on the edited audio..just on playback.
maybe you have the same problem??
