The simplest transfer would be Minidisc line out to computer line in and capture with wav software. Soundforge, Wave Creator 3, Audio Cleaning Lab.

yeah, but if it's analog ,it'll probably have a lot of noise from your pc. That's been my experience, ymmv.

In this case, a digital transfer is not an option. Maybe, my original post should have contained a "Use at your on Risk" disclaimer about the dangers of analog.
