I believe these are A.P.I.C. stands.  Their direct phone #'s in the Archive somewhere.  I have a Blacklite or Featherlite (can't remember which) 10' I don't use anymore, just because I'm sold on my compact Bogen 3373 for most uses.  The A.P.I.C. served me well for a long time, though.  If my stand is indicative of the others, though, they tend to have a fairly wide footprint.  I still use it occasionally when I have plenty of real estate and/or need the height / stability.
