2408 MKII problems...

Anyone use one of these?

I'm trying to run A&H CMC24>2408>G4>DP 5.0. It seems that it sees the 324 card, I can set it, but when i try to bring up the Cuemix, it says nothings connected, and DP doesn't seem to see anything either.  Any suggestions?
