Topic: Blind Comp Check It Out!

Ok guys here is the deal, I went and saw Hank III on the 11th and I ran three
different recorders, two sets of mics and came out with two usable recordings. 
Anyway I'm up in the air about which one sounds the best so I'm looking to
you all for some input.  How 'bout it?

Rig#1)  C4/CARD > digimod-UA5 > JB3
Rig#2)  C4/CARD > digimod-UA5 > JB3 > H320 Rockboxed
Rig#3)  CA stc-11 cards > CA 9100 > Edirol R-09

I'm not going to tell you which is which because I want this to be as impartial
as possible but Country A and Heavy A are from the same setup and Country B
and Heavy B are from the same as well.

I should probably tell you this much though, I have opened these files up in
Audacity and amplified them some but that is about all I have done because
my post production skills are well, weak to say the least.

Which would you pick and would you all do it in post?

I think B is the h320 and A is the UA5-JB3

Which caps did you use on the C4's?

DOH, i should have specified that huh?  I used to card caps on the C4's.

OK, then I'm guessing A is Rig 3 and B is Rig 1.
